Affordable, attractive and effective the versatile Tunturi E40R recumbent exercise bike combines comfort, simple controls and a range of features to keep you trim at home. The LCD console features 8 scaleable workout profiles for efficient and safe training, heart rate control, a matrix profile display and accurate workout feedback. Constant heart rate, effort and resistance options allow you to set the desired intensity level prior to the start of the training, and the E40R automatically controls the brake so that the set intensity level remains. As you progress, you can change the intensity to suit your needs. A silent, permanent magnetic brake produces a wide effort range while grooved belt transmission and lift and lock sliding rail seat with adjustable height positions ensure a smooth, safe motion. The E40R also features the handgrip pulse measurement, a bottle holder and a useful built-in reading ledge allowing convenient access to reading materials.
