The Tunturi R60 rowing machine is a new folding model that offers excellent value and effective exercise at a stroke. It has an electronically adjustable permanent magnet resistance system, and comes with a Polar T41 heart rate belt. The comprehensive console displays strokes, strokes/min, energy consumption, distance, time, heart rate, temperature and humidity. Seat movement length 90cm. Partial self assembly required. Parts guaranteed for 3 years. Rowing is a seated aerobic pursuit suitable for all users. It removes all the body weight from the ankles, knees and hips, moving the limbs and joints through a full range of motion, from completely extended to completely contracted. Beneficial for the back and strong posture, it recruits the muscles of the torso in equal proportions to the other major muscle groups of the legs and arms.
